  • Implement quality assurance objectives and processes, monitor, and evaluate testing results against the predetermined objectives and apply recommended actions for improvements.
  • Work on multiple programs/systems as a Test Manager/Lead and on high complexity projects/issues across multiple development environments or enterprise-wide systems.
  • Facilitate adoption of enterprise testing practices across the organization to drive significant increases in quality of IT delivery.

     

Required Skills/Experience:

 

  • Knowledge of industry best practices for Software Quality Assurance
  • Experience introducing and facilitating organization change through proven change management techniques
  • Effective communication with executives and peers
  • Atleast seven (7) years of IT and business experience, with at least five (5) years in Quality Assurance.
  • Healthcare experience
  • Experience with Dev Ops and/or CI/CD
  • Experience with Tricentis Tools
  • Experience with Test data Management
