QA Engineer

Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Software Screener QA Engineer in Cupertino CA for our Enterprise Client.

To be eligible, consultants must be local to Cupertino CA, able to work directly for Harvey Nash on a W2 basis and not be Visa dependent (No C2C/C2H).

Duration: 10 Months (Hybrid Schedule – Tues, Wed & Thurs will be On-Site)

• As a screener engineer on the Client HID Health team, you will review and triage incoming bugs, analyze logs and help resolve priority of issues.
• You will be expected to identify potential trends in incoming bugs and escalate to cross-functional team members.
• Required skill: Familiarity with version control systems - preferably git.
• Experience in programming or scripting, preferably in Python/Ruby.
• Debugging, automation and tools development.
• You will gain encyclopedic knowledge of our area of focus and bugs in our components.
• We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, because of the high level of interaction with the engineering teams, management, other organizations, as well as the larger developer community.
