QA Engineer

Technical

1. Programming skills: Java, Gherkin, Javascript

2. Experience with Automation Testing and mobile testing using Postman, Karate, Selenium Webdrive, Cucumber, Rest Assured etc

3. Experience testing API layers, microservices and applications utilizing web services.

4. Should be experienced in Kanban, Waterfall, Scrum, and Lean methodologies

5. Perform Functional Testing, Regression, Smoke/Sanity and Integration testing.

6. Experience with issue tracking and project management tools such as JIRA

7. Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

8. Understanding of version control systems like Git to collaborate with development teams effectively.

9. Experience in Performance Testing: Gatling, Load Runner

10. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with a solid understanding of different testing phases and approaches.

Non-Technical

1. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

2. Articulate defects and bugs in an easily understandable manner

3. Active listening to understand requirements

4. Should have a collaborative approach to finding solutions

5. Should be able to perform multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

6. Must prioritize and plan workload to complete tasks on time
