Description

Must have knowledge of Service/Incident Management, Case Management, ServiceNow Tasks concepts
Good to have experience in testing Quote to Cash which involves modules like Quoting, Order Management, Work Order and Assets
Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.
Must possess strong technical, problem solving, project coordination, and analytical skills; Defect tracking till closure.


Must have excellent written, verbal, presentation & documentation skills to faster clarity and predictability.
Ability to work on multiple releases and multiple projects at the same time and to work with different time zones. 

Education

B.E., B.Tech or Equivalent.
