  • Successful track record translating business requirements and technical specifications into test plans
  • Knowledge of agile practices and experience with agile planning tools
  • Proven understanding of Scrum processes
  • Ability to communicate well and make effective presentations
  • Working knowledge of diagramming techniques such as Functional Decomposition, Data Flows, Activity Diagrams
  • Proficient with scripting languages such as JavaScript or similar
