Title: QA Lead
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Job Description: 

• Expectation to perform manual and automation work. 
• Communication skills are a must.
• Preferred candidates must have hands-on automation experience with Selenium and API.

• Strong experience developing and implementing test plans & test cases.
• Strong experience performing manual testing.
• Strong experience implementing QA processes and methodologies.
• Retail or Online Store background
• Good team and people skills
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
• Able to host status meetings and ad hoc working sessions.
• Able to work independently under pressure and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Able to work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver a project.
• Able to collaborate with business partners, developers, and various support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues.
• Able to coordinate end-to-end validation with various backend systems and vendors.
