Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the QA team, overseeing the testing process for E-commerce, Web, and Mobile applications.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for manual and automated testing.
  • Drive the design and development of scalable and reusable automated testing frameworks for E-commerce, Web, and Mobile applications.
  • Establish and enforce quality standards, processes, and best practices across the QA team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, Product Management, and UX/UI to ensure product quality and timely releases.
  • Conduct regular reviews, assessments, and audits of testing processes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and coach QA engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and growth within the team.
  • Stay updated with the latest testing tools, technologies, and industry trends, and implement them to enhance the testing ecosystem.         

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (13+ years) in QA management roles, focusing on E-commerce, Web, and Mobile testing.
  • Strong expertise in both manual and automated testing methodologies and tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
  • Extensive knowledge of E-commerce platforms, web technologies, and mobile application testing.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining automated test frameworks for large-scale applications.
  • Strong Experience in Retail Domain
  • Proficiency in test planning, test case design, and test execution across various platforms.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
