Job Title: QA Lead Engineer with ServiceNow
Location: Dallas, TX -ONSITE
Project Duration-Long term

Minimum 8+ Years of experience and Proven experience in testing ServiceNow applications and modules with a focus on networking orchestration. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements for OSS/BSS solutions, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Vlocity, OM, Zuora billing System, Alianza Voice System and inventory systems.
Experience with test management tools such as HP ALM, Jira, or similar. 
Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell) for test automation. 
ServiceNow certification(s) (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) and networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are desirable but not mandatory. Develop and execute test cases for ServiceNow applications and modules related to networking orchestration. 
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for networking workflows and automation processes. 
Identify, document, and track defects using testing tools and systems. 
Collaborate with networking specialists and developers to understand networking requirements and ensure test coverage. 
Participate in test planning, strategy development, and test automation initiatives specific to networking orchestration. 
Provide timely and accurate testing reports and status updates to project stakeholders. 
Work closely with the QA team to improve testing processes and methodologies related to networking automation. 
Stay updated with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and best practices
