QA Lead

Qualification:
In order for a QA Lead to step in and work with our agile development teams, they will need the following skills:
- Self-starter
- Test Plans
- Manual Testing
- Acceptance Criteria
- Automated Testing ( preferably Cypress )
- SQL Skills
- Crafting of a quality test data set
- Persona based testing
- Experience doing code reviews of automation stories is a plus
- PM or BA skills is a plus.
