QA Lead

Specific Qualifications or Experience Required:   

• The “Advance Program” is looking for a Test Lead for the Interoperability stream that will support the key deliverables and activities outlined below.
• Completes day-to-day work involved with pushing forward areas of the Advance program across a number of domains and supporting the workstream PM’s/Lead’s
• Develop/update test scripts using project template.
• Execute functional/integration/end-to-end test scripts.
• Record test results using project template.
• Execute regression tests and Expanse priority pack tests as required.
• Strong knowledge of general workflows in a hospital environment an asset
• Demonstrated internal/external stakeholder provider and clinician engagement experience.
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills essential
• Must be able to perform multiple tasks and effectively prioritize work.
• Proponent shall possess strong problem solving, analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills and an ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication, documentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience using tools like JIRA, Smartsheet’s and Office365
• Health care experience preferred.
• Experience working at Fraser Health preferred.
• Experience working with software development teams.
• Experience working on large health care integration initiatives/projects.
• Experience working with provincial registries (i.e. EMPI)
• Experience working with HL7, FHIR, APIs, etc.
• Experience working with Meditech preferred.
• Experience in navigating change in a clinical environment.
