QA Lead

Must Haves:

QA Lead experience over 15+yrs , with 5 years of hands-on manual testing experience (no expectation for Lead to do hands-on testing)
Has the expertise of facilitating test meetings, managing & tracking defects/test cases, creating all the standard documents such as the test strategy and test exit report.
Leadership skills - Experience managing 1-5 people, led multiple projects at once
Manual tools: Jira for defect tracking | Zephyr for test case management | Confluence for documentation | SharePoint - some projects PMs like to use
Can communicate well – has presented to management teams
