QA Lead

Roles & responsibilities:

· Ensure business requirements, Solution, are understood well and test cases/strategy defined to minimize production defects.

· Be hands-on with PostgreSQL, python automation, test rail, master data management concepts and work experience, selenium, BDD automation if experienced as secondary skill.

· Partner with other QA teams (Merchandize Planning and allocation, FLEX PLM, retail, supply chain), design test cases, execution plans to ensure that functionalities built are thoroughly tested.

· Support troubleshooting through solid analytical reasoning.

· Partner with Test Automation team to develop Automation scripts in Inventory area.

Required Qualifications & Technical Expertise:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

· 10+ years in in design/QA of Master Data Applications, ENABLE (preferable)

· Strong knowledge & hands-on experience on Master data customizations

· 2+ years’ experience in Test Automation – Good to Have

· Understanding of selenium-based test automation frameworks is needed – Good to Have

· Basic understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and web services

· Ability to work independently with minimal direction be a self-starter with strong initiative, and ability to manage/execute workload to deliver high quality results.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Experience in Waterfall & Agile methodology

· Experience working with high performing transaction systems
