QA Performance Testing Consultant

Loc - Mumbai / Hyd / Bangalore

• Strong experience in Jmeter and expertise in building realistic performance test scripts derived from actual user journeys
• Experience in identifying and building different load models and apply them on performance tests
• Strong experience in testing different protocols than just http/https and different authentication mechanisms
• Good Core Java and Oops knowledge
• Understanding and ability to work with JSON, Regular expressions
• Experience in integrating backend listeners with Jmeter i.e. Grafana, Kibana and Datadog
• Hands on experience on relational and time series databases
• Experience with at least one Public Cloud Provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) to be able to monitor failures and response time
• Experience in performance monitoring and bottleneck identification of resource utilization for application servers
• Knowledge on running performance tests in continous environments using the needed tools. Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps. Set up the test environment with needed tools.
• Apply, design and develop performance testing strategies and build performance testing plans using Jmeter
• Estimate NFR accurately and coordinate with team members for work activities
• Coordinate with program and development management teams in product development lifecycle to guarantee quality and adherence of test coverage for meeting end user requirements.
• Handle performance testing and present results for validating and analysis to Project Teams.
• Answer technical issues to resolve and follow up on issues.
• Record any performance deviations in Jira and track them to closure
• Maintain and run the performance test plans for every sprint increment
