10 years of experience leading and managing testing efforts for large enterprise/IT projects across multiple teams
·        Working knowledge and experience with runtime memory analysis and code profiling tools (desired)
·        Strong general IT application and networking knowledge, including load balancing, networking, active directory, .net applications, messaging middleware, virtualization technologies such as VMWare vSphere
