Engagement Description: 

Provide Support for QA Testing 
Assist in resolving production issues 
Responsible for 'On Call' production system support, including off hours and weekend on a rotation basis 
Resolve operational incidents/inquiries within the defined schedules and SLA 
Work with respective teams in analyzing issue root causes and communicate clearly on RCA over to business. 
Handle escalated issues and follow-up on outstanding issues promptly. 
Develop preventive measures and document issue resolution procedures. 
Create scripts in Performance and Load test tools for application validation. 
Manage job calendars and flows to ensure timely completion. 
Evaluate current operational processes and recommend improvements. 
Monitor system operations and troubleshoot problems. 
Manage On-call rotation and attend to critical issues diligently. 
Maintain daily logs of operational issues and maintenance activities. 
Contribute to business meetings and report on issue status. 
Address customer issues promptly and accurately. 
Knowledge of Healthcare systems, specifically Care Management and Utilization Management is preferred. 
Knowledge of CareAdvance and CareAdvance Provider Portal is recommended. 
Required Skills/Experience – 5 Plus years 
Experience in Batch and real-time applications 
Relational databases including SQL, Oracle and stored procedures. 
Worked on operational issues and Production support. 
Written and verbal communication. 
Testing cycle – End to End. 
Preferred Skills/Experience – 5 Plus years 

Understands UNIX and UNIX commands 
Understand Web Services and XML format files. 
Understands critical operational tasks and responsibilities. 
Experience in Health care systems 
High level knowledge on Claims systems.

Bachelor’s degree required – Computer Science or Equivalent
