QA Tester (ETL/DB and/or Python testing)

Position Summary: 
Role is for candidate with experience in testing planning execution. 

Job Description: / Responsibilities:

• Test Planning and Execution experience
• Experience working with Development, Test Leads /Test Coordinators Production Support, and Change Management partners
• Experience in Agile SDLC
• Very Strong SQL Query writing Skills
• Experience in E2E ETL Testing Data migration, conversion, Data quality check
• Understanding of End to End Testing Cycles using Agile, Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with Unix commands.
• Hands-on experience in driving the QA release cycle End to end, defect reporting
• Hands-on work experience in preparing Test plans, Test Scripts and RTM.
• Experience in Manual testing mainly Data base validations.
• Experience in Automation (Preferred: Selenium, Tosca, UFT, API automation) is good to have
• Banking Domain experience is a plus

Requirements: 
Education: B.E. in Computer Science / Electronics 

Experience Range: 4 6 Years

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven expertise in manual testing
• Expertise in ETL/DB and/or Python testing
• Expertise in Automation testing in either Selenium or TOSCA or VB scripting OR UFT or Python is good to have
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions based on sound design principles
• Prior experience of working with Global Technology teams
• Good Analytical, Debugging and design skills
• Basic SQL Knowledge.

• DB Testing- SQL Developer ( SQL)
• Source to Target testing - SQL Developer ( SQL)
• Test Management Tool- Jira ( Test cases, Test results, tracking story testing, generating dashboard reports)
• Testing methodology Agile
• Automation Proficient in developing and executing scripts.
• Efficient in MS excel Pivot related functionalities.
