Description

As a quality assurance tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality,

performance and reliability of software before deploying on production. You will be part of the team

for testing deliverables in BSS and OSS domains within telecom stack. There are different test phases

ie. Component testing, next box testing, e2e testing, performance testing, post deployment testing.

Key responsibilities & skills required in

1) Minimum 5 years of experience in testing with at least 2-3 years in IT Telecom. Experience

working in telecom service providers like Telefonica Spain is added advantage

2) Worked in waterfall & agile methodologies

3) Perform test planning, test case design & test case execution, data preparation, developing

simulators during component testing, next box testing and e2e testing phases.

4) Involved similarly in Performance testing using load test via load runner, UI testing

5) Documenting and reporting issues, bugs, or unexpected behaviors discovered during testin

6) Working closely with developers, product managers, designers and other stakeholders to

understand requirements, resolve issues, demonstrate features developed

7) Developing and maintaining automated test scripts using testing tools ie UFT, Selenium

8) Implementing Improvements in testing methodologies, tools, or workflows to enhance the

overall quality assurance process.
