Andidate's Minimum Qualifications

Candidate must provide at least one primary key staff.
Candidate must have performed IT testing and assessment services for at least one corporation or California state agency as defined by Government Code 11546.1(e) within the last two years.

Candidate's Desirable Qualifications

Key staff has one or more of the following certificates:
Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Exploit Researcher and Advanced Penetration Tester (GXPN)
Offensive Security Experienced Penetration Tester (OSEP)
GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN)
Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
Offensive Security Exploit Developer (OSED)
Offensive Security Exploitation Expert (OSEE)
Offensive Security Web Expert (OSWE)
CompTIA PenTest+
Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

Desired Skills and Experience
