QA/Tester

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans
- Execute test cases and identify defects, ensuring that all issues are properly documented and resolved
- Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure the stability and performance of our products
- Work closely with developers and product managers to address any quality-related concerns and provide valuable feedback for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA testing, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA tester, with a focus on Azure OpenAI, prompt engineering, LLM, and testing custom GPTs
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Familiarity with defect tracking systems and experience in documenting and reporting issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
