We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineering Architect with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end quality assurance processes. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in architecting and implementing quality engineering strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services across the entire software development lifecycle.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:
Develop and maintain an end-to-end quality engineering framework that encompasses all phases of the software development lifecycle

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design robust testing strategies that align with project goals and objectives

Architect and implement automated testing solutions for functional, regression, performance, and security testing

Define and enforce quality standards, processes, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in product quality and release readiness

Lead the design and implementation of test automation frameworks and tools to streamline testing efforts and enhance efficiency

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to quality engineering teams to foster skill development and ensure adherence to industry best practices

Conduct regular reviews and assessments of testing processes and procedures to identify areas for optimization and enhancement

Collaborate with development teams to integrate quality engineering practices into the CI/CD pipeline and promote a culture of quality ownership

Stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and trends in quality engineering and recommend innovative solutions to enhance testing capabilities

Qualifications:
 

Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated testing solutions using industry-leading tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.)

Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in guiding and mentoring junior team members

Experienced working in an Agile delivery model with global teams
