QE Lead - SDET

Experience and Qualification:

• Should be 7+ years of experience on software test automation using Java (OOPS concepts, design patterns, recursive & non-recursive programming, serialization, Strong knowledge in Collections, etc.)
• Strong on Java programming logic and problem-solving capability
• Knowledge on QE / automation using Selenium, Playwright
• Rest API automation
• Should have hands on experience working in Continuous Integration – Continuous Delivery model
• Hands on experience in using various design patterns like Page Object Model, Factory design
• Able to debug and get the multiple work-arounds for a given problem
• Design and develop comprehensive test strategies based on functional and design specifications
• Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities
• Hands on experience in Maven, GitHUB, Jenkins and TestNG
• Ability to own and drive delivery in an independent manner
• Work with offshore and other onshore/offshore partners on the project
• Good communication skills
