QNXT Benefits Configuration Manager

Required Skills: Commercial and Government QNXT experience is required Has to have previous Manager experience/Leadership background Has to have a high level understanding of QNXT (Ideally 6+ yrs) Leads over the efforts; Manager role, would look at things high level and attending meetings, pay attention to schedule.

Candidates must sit in one of the following states: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington (state), West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming

 

Additional Skills: Good communication Self starter

 

Required Skills and Experience:
• QNXT Benefit Configuration background and management exp specific to QNXT Benefit Configuration
• May have started as an Analyst and moved into management.
• Exp with Commercial Benefit Configuration
• Experience managing/leading a team (hiring, turnover, being an escalation point)
• Exp leading over effort (looking at things high level, attending meetings, making schedules, management
• reports, etc
• Management of people and dealing with escalation and turn over.
• QNXT - Manager over benefits, has good knowledge, setting up QNXT benefits, commercial.
• Equally important, management/leadership background, Manager/Director.
• Leads over the efforts; Manager role, would look at things high level and attending meetings, pay attention to schedule.
• Work with resources is they have questions with stuff.
• Ensure in testing phase, things going well, putting together management reports. Management,coordination, good working with other people. Ensuring things going in right direct.
