Quality Analyst Software Tester

Job Scope

• Quality Assurance on Pinnacle’s internal communication products
• Work on Quality Assurance process improvement
• Automated and manual testing
• Defect reporting

Responsibilities

• Understand Pinnacle’s communication products in details
• Understand functional and non-functional requirements
• Hands on experience on Windows/Linux/Office tools
• Build a test strategy by building Test plans/test cases and scenarios
• Adhere to Pinnacle’s quality standards
• Thoroughly testing Pinnacle’s communication products
• Compile and Analyze statistical data
• Investigate product issues and do RCA as much as possible
• Manual and automated testing(UI and API), regression
• Black box and white box testing
• Security testing
• Load and stress testing
• Smoke and sanity testing
• API testing
• Strong hold on JIRA defect management
• Documentation

Knowledge and Technical Skills: (any, max possible)

• Mongo
• MYSQL
• Windows, Ubantu and Linux systems
• Exposure to cloud deployments such as AWS
• Git Lab/Git Hub operations
• ISTQB or other relevant Analyst certifications
• Grafana and Postman tools
• Excellent spoken and written skills

Qualification and Experience

• BE/B.Tech – B.E or B. Tech
• Min 6-8 years

Preference

• Preference to candidates working in Nagpur or willing to relocate to Nagpur.
