Job Description
GENERAL FUNCTION:
Responsible for planning and executing testing efforts of systems, releases, fixes, and enhancements, including documentation, reporting, analysis, and acceptance. Partners with Project Managers, project team, and functional business leaders to steer projects to success. Ensures applications and platforms are compatible with each other. Ensures adherence to quality standards.
Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensuring that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Knowledge of and ability to design, plan and execute complex system testing strategies and tactics to ensure software quality at all system life cycle stages
