Quality Assurance Engineer

Roles And Responsibilities:

- Perform end-to-end functional testing of mobile and web applications to verify search functionality.

- Create and execute test cases and test scripts based on functional requirements and use cases.

- Identify and document defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.

- Implement automation best practices to increase test coverage and efficiency.

- Execute automated tests as part of the regression testing process.

- Focus on the search functionality of the applications, including various search criteria, filters, and result displays.

- Ensure that search results are accurate, relevant, and meet user expectations.

- Collaborate with the business team to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Hand over the application for UAT and provide support to UAT testers.

- Validate UAT results and obtain business sign-off before release to production.

- Assist in production deployments and validate the functionality of the application in the production environment.

- Monitor and report any post-production issues and ensure their resolution.

- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data sets.

- Generate and distribute test reports to stakeholders.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.

- Communicate test results and issues effectively and professionally
