Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary:
-As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that software products meet the desired quality standards before they are released to customers. You will develop and execute testing strategies, track defects, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that software products are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software products meet desired quality standards.
-Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and identify potential issues.
-Conduct thorough regression testing and perform defect tracking to ensure that all issues are identified, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner.
-Work closely with developers to investigate, reproduce, and resolve software defects.
-Conduct performance and load testing to identify potential performance issues and bottlenecks.
-Provide timely feedback to development teams on issues and potential areas for improvement.
-Continuously improve the testing process by identifying and implementing new tools and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
-3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
-Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
-Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
-Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
