It is built on the latest Native Cloud Platform patterns, best practices, and built to scale. JBT is leveraging the latest technologies from Azure Cloud

Responsibilities

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating quality testing activities.
  • Designing, developing, and executing automation scripts using open source tools.
  • Identifying, recording, documenting thoroughly, and tracking bugs.
  • Performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Developing and applying testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.


     

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND CANDIDATE QUALITIES

 

  • Development experience: A QA Engineer should have some understanding of development workflows, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • QA Engineers should be able to communicate effectively with the product and development teams.
  • Detail-oriented: QA Engineers should be meticulous and pay attention to detail.
  • Troubleshooting skills: QA Engineers should be able to identify and solve problems that arise during testing.
  • Ability to write clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Teachable: QA Engineers should be willing to learn from other team members and apply what they learn to their own projects
