Quality Assurance Lead

Responsibilities:

Lead the QA team in designing, implementing, and executing test strategies for mobile applications

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Appium, and Java to ensure maximum test coverage

Plan and prioritize test execution activities based on project timelines and release schedules

Perform manual testing when necessary, including exploratory testing and regression testing

Mentor and coach team members on testing best practices, automation techniques, and tools

Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues

Maintain and enhance existing test frameworks and infrastructure to support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA methodologies and tools

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Proven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer in mobile testing projects

Strong proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, and Java
