Quality Assurance Specialist 3/ QA3 : Hybrid (Tuesday and Wednesday on site)
There will be a virtual and IN PERSON INTERVIEW required for selection. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Preferred candidate will have knowledge of Integrated Eligibility (Medicaid, Snap/Tanf or Child Care) or extensive testing experience.

This is canned statement with hours, background check and interview date/time During the interview process with the Ohio Benefits staff, the resource consultant must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment. The resource’s experience must also be documented for review and verification. Offered resources not showing technical or functional competence/experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offeror’s proposal. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to pre-screen their candidates to ensure compliance.

Mandatory Requirements/Time Preferred candidate will have Experience with HHS Eligibility Systems and Policy: 7 + years
Experienced tester with knowledge in Medicaid and SNAP/TANF benefits and skills in writing and executing test scripts: 7+ years
Adhere to formal QA processes, ensuring that the Systems Implementation [SI] team is using industry-accepted best practices: 7+ years
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience
Working knowledge of test management software
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is required.
Excellent communication skills
