Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, execute and maintain manual tests;
  • Reviewing and analyzing results of test cases;
  • Software Testing/Regression testing/Black-box testing/Write Test Cases and Scenarios;
  • Work in close collaboration with software developers and business analysts;
  • Develop and maintain QA guidelines and process documentation when required;
  • Provide Support to the business users during SIT and UAT.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in the area of Informatics, Computer Systems, Information Technologies, Engineering or similar;
  • At least 4 years of professional experience as a QA;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent hands on manual testing experience;
  • Experience with Web testing and with Agile methodologies;
  • Experience with SQL and working with databases.
  • Strong English verbal and written skills.
  • Capable of making fast decisions and taking the responsibility for the results in dynamic and changing environment;
  • Oriented towards goals achieving and results;
  • Team player, able to work in a multicultural working environment;
  • Thinking out of the box, creativity and continuous improvement attitude;
  • Flexible, adaptable, open to meet the change and acquire new knowledge and skills.

 

Nice to have:

  • ISTQB certification;
  • Experience in financial technology and Banking & Financial domain experience, along with knowledge of investment banking, Portfolio accounting systems, and trading application;
  • Experience with test automation;
  • Experience with Git/SVN source control system.
