Quality Engineer

Assist in preparation of Project Quality Plan (PQP).

Implement QMS in project work as per requirement Project Execution Plan (PEP) & Project Quality Plan (PQP).

Review of quality related engineering documents received from engineering disciplines, vendors & third parties.

Specify quality system requirements in MR & verify the same in received bids for TBE.

Collect Quality Objective data & verify quality calculations for each project and for overall REG level performance.

Conduct internal audits in project work as per defined frequency & schedule.

Monitor closing of internal audits with proper correction & corrective actions.

Assist in drafting, preparation of QMS documents and revision of issued documents as required.

Assist for periodic management QMS reviews.

Education Requirement :

Engineering Degree / diploma from accredited college or university

Experience Requirement :

5 years of minimum working experience

Must have working experience QA-QMS for 3 Years

Working experience as an internal auditor

ICRA approved QMS 9001:2008 LA course

Knowledge of Statistical Quality Control tools

Knowledge of MS office, MS Visio

Skills & Competencies :

Procedures, work instructions drafting skill.

Understanding the work process & preparation of work flow based on inputs.

Effectively implements engineering QMS in working engineering office

Knows manpower estimation for quality functions in Project work.

System implementation knowledge of QMS ISO 9001, EMS 14001

Knows Engineering Standards, Specifications, Guides & their uses.

Understands engineering interdisciplinary interface issues

Knowledge of Project work Quality Assurance requirements

Knows how to coordinate for quality related issues.
