Quality Technician

Key outputs: The Quality technician provides constant supervision and support to the Pilot Plant while promoting a Food Safety culture on site The technician facilitates communication within the Pilot Plant and the Quality /Analytical Lab and works on improvement initiatives

Ingredients release: Pilot Plant Quality Programs and Routine Support and reinforce the quality programs in the Pilot Plant Active Quality representation in the Pilot Plant, facilitating communication within the Pilot Plant team, the QA Department, and the Analytical Lab Work with the Pilot Plant individuals on reporting quality deviations and taking immediate corrections Work with the Pilot Plant Manager on the batch records and continuous improvement initiatives

Thermal process trends: Assess documentation and release ingredients in NesTMS Environmental Monitoring and line release Support the analytical lab/QA on the Environmental monitoring, cleaning validation, and line release

Analytical support: Manage 3rd party Lab analysis (Analytical requests, sample shipment), including NQAC Internal - Functional QA contacts, In-House analytical laboratory, Pilot Plant and P&D Teams, NQAC

Academic Experience: Bachelor's degree

Operational Experience: Previous experience in quality and production environments in Food or Pharma Good manufacturing practice
