  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Allocate resources effectively and ensure the team meets hiring targets.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Establish relationships with industry associations, universities, and other talent sources.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Work with the marketing team to enhance the company's employer brand.
  • Promote the organization as an employer of choice in the IT industry.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
