7-10 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Experience in inhouse recruitment is preferable.

Allocate resources effectively and ensure the team meets hiring targets.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to build a diverse talent pipeline.
Establish relationships with industry associations, universities, and other talent sources.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
Work with the marketing team to enhance the company's employer brand.
Promote the organization as an employer of choice in the IT industry.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for senior management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment processes and reduce time-to-fill.
