Job Description

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

     
  • Handle 80% of end-to-end recruitment by developing customized recruitment strategies and draft innovative job descriptions.

     
  • Handle 20% of operations activities like attendance, documentation (upload & filing) in HRMS portal during the entire employee life cycle.

     
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, own networking, and referrals.

     
  • Source, screen and shortlist resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews followed by the F2F interviews to understand the candidate’s profile.

     
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

     
  • Track applicant progress and manage candidate pipelines maintaining accurate records in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

     
  • Follow up with hiring managers for hiring decisions and update feedback on ATS.

     
  • Update candidates and Consultancies (if any) on the hiring process and the status of their application.

     
  • Perform background & reference checks of selected candidates.

     
  • Required to maintain all hardcopies of all the employees from the HR audit stand point.

     
  • Collaborate within your HR Team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
     


 

Requirements

  • Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognized university.
     
  • Having HRMS( preferably ZOHO) hands-on experience will be an added advantage.
