Release Manager

Job Description:

• This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables with usually required engagement from multiple teams, such as a project or Client items.
• Key responsibilities include effectively communicating the release objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end to end visibility to the health of the deliverables.
• This role ensures execution and delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the quality and timelines.
• They facilitate sync points across multiple organization to enable delivery.
• 10+ years experience as a release manager
• Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer working experience is desirable
• Tableau reporting skills would be a plus
• Understand release/deployment components.
• Understand risks and can our financial client controls necessary to mitigate.
• Facilitate team planning ceremonies against release milestones.
• Ability to answer team Agile/waterfall framework questions.
• Ability to understand big picture and connect all details.
