Release Manager

Experience in Change and release management principles (Mandatory)

Excellent communication (both verbal and written) (Intermedium)

ITIL V3 Foundation. (Basic)

Devops/Agile methodologies (Basic)

Knowledge with Devops tools - Jenkins, CI/CD, Git (Desirable)

Knowledge of App Dev processes (Promote, deploy, roll back, prod rotations etc. (Basic)

Basic knowledge of java .NET, SQL, Oracle, DB2, MF CICS, Batch processing, Analytical tools (Basic)

Knowledge and experience in Code promotion and deployment strategies (Intermedium)

Knowledge of working on project with Jira (Basic)

Experience in monitoring tools like Splunk and other tools (Desirable)
