Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities of this the role and a description of the project (Outside of Workday JD):

 

  • The person will be managing the software releases for multiple teams. This will include the documentation and approval process and the actual build and deployment process. The expectation is that the individual will help us enhance our deployment processes in Gitlab and help in that area as we move to the cloud. Need someone who has a DevOps background as well

     

Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:

 

  • The measurement will be based on successful releases, with minimized management intervention needed, Improved deployment processes and interaction with the development teams.

  • The first day will be getting to know the teams the work and our processes.
