MUST HAVE FINANCIAL PROJECT BACKGROUND
Qualifications
Expertise in playing the Release Train Engineer role for large initiatives, programs or Agile Release Trains
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and 6+ years of Scrum/Agile experience
Minimum of 4 years of Scaled Agile Practitioner experience in transformational environments
Must understand the difference between "being Agile" and "doing Agile"
Understands and practically applies Lean thinking in a context specific manner
Servant leader and nuanced communicator with strong relationship management skills who can: 
Listen and support teams and leaders in problem-identification and decision making Encourage an environment that values mutual respect, openness, and courage Persuade by influence rather than
Responsibilities
The RTE facilitates process and execution and drive a culture of continuous improvement and integration by fostering community of practice
They lead and/or participate in lean-agile transformations, coach leadership, and other teams in agile mindsets and new processes
They act as a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART) or product
They work with the Agile Program Management Office on program execution and operational excellence and understand and operate within Lean Budgets to ensure adherence to Guardrails
Facilitates the development events, process and execution
They help ensure value delivery, and help drive a culture of continuous improvement
Coach leaders, teams and Scrum Masters in SAFe, agile mindsets and new processes
Manage and optimize the flow through the program
Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment
Facilitate the PI planning event
Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives and publish them for visibility and transparency
Escalate and track impediments
Help manage risks and dependencies and report status
Improve the flow of value through value streams by improving and assessing the practices associated with DevOps and Release on Demand in the Continuous Delivery Pipeline
Facilitate System Demos Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the ART and help them improve Foster Communities of Practice and the use of engineering and Built-In Quality practices
