Release Train Engineer

Responsibilities
Provide Release Train Engineer services e.g., ensuring multiple teams working on the same product/feature release plan and execute as a single agile release train (ART), identifying and managing risks, facilitating release planning meetings, supporting the scrum of scrums, and resolving and escalating roadblocks
Support ART level ceremonies such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Release Planning meetings, Sprint Demos, Retrospecitves
Support product owners with various requirements gathering and scrum activities
Help defining, generating and gathering required metrics for the scrum teams on the program for continuous assessment and improvement
Provide coaching to team members and other stakeholders in SAFe and Agile practices, as required
Help with team adoption of industry best practices and processes related to SAFe Act as a goal driven servant leader with a collaborative team-player attitude



Qualification
Extensive experience as a SAFe Agile Release Train Enginner working with multiple scrum teams in an Agile Release Train
Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, SAFe RTE, PMI-ACP etc)
