JOB ROLE PURPOSE

The Reliability Engineer performs advanced inspection and audits to track, analyze, and report on materials, processes, and products to ensure conformance to company's quality standards.

JOB DUTIES [Responsibilities]

Conducting measurement systems analysis; gathering, analyzing, and communicating non-conformance data.
Analyzing non-conformance data and maintaining quality system documentation.
Participating in and offering technical support to internal and external audits; following up response of corrective action from audit.
Work in a team environment to develop and implement best practices that emphasize defect prevention, reduction in variation and waste and provide for continuous improvements in meeting all customer requirements.
Asset reliability engineering
Asset troubleshooting / Electrical Engineering support
Asset availability data, pareto & deep dive into RCCA
Lifting device design
Demonstrates collaborative teamwork, flexibility & adaptability.
Other duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager / Supervisor / Team Leader as applicable.

Background & Experience

Previous full time work experience of 5+ years as a Reliability Engineer in a factory environment in Heavy Equipment / Agricultural Equipment industry. Previous Caterpillar experience (contract or otherwise) is a plus (not mandatory)
