Job Title: Reliability Engineer/MCS Data Scientist

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA (100% on-site)

Time: 8am – 5pm standard some flexibility

Duration: Until 10/13/2025

Ideal: Biotech pharma background in Reliability Engineering

Top Skills:

Regularly apply theories and principles from Data Science to develop and deploy asset performance monitoring tools
Facilitate reliability centered maintenance assessments, Implementation of PdM/CBM technologies, collaborate with SMEs to apply six sigma methodologies for improving maintenance strategies, and implementation
Train, perform, and develop reliability tools and procedures (RCM, FMEA, RCA, reliability models, statistical analysis, etc.)
Candidate with strong CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) ex: SAP, MAXIMO, use of OEE (operational equipment effectiveness), and understanding of Lean Manufacturing Systems and Six Sigma principles

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with variety of data analysis and modeling methods
Proficient in Spotfire/Tableau, SQL, Python, R as well as ability to develop advanced visualizations via R-shiny, Dash, or JavaScript technologies
Strong statistics and programming background with proven experience delivering on data analytics

Desired Skills

Engineering Degree
Manufacturing and Operations experience
Lean six sigma experience
Reliability knowledge is not required but preferred
Experience in Facilities & Engineering, Utilities is not required but preferred
