Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote
Position Type: 6+ Months Contract
Shift Timing: 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Mon-Fri) 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM (SAT)
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Candidate Should be located MA, RI, CT only.
Details
- Ability to effectively communicate with collectors via telephone, email, and online chat
- Understand the collector community/passion and provide best resolution for fan collectors; ability to de-escalate, take ownership and provide outstanding service with every interaction.
- Ability to effectively manage multi support systems
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products and processes.
- Identify and accurately call out potential trends and consumer concerns.
- Understanding knowledge of collector brands- Transformers, Star Wars, Marvel, etc.
- SAP knowledge a plus.
Must Have Requirement
- Minimum of 3-years in a contact center environment preferred.
- Bi-lingual/multi-lingual in French Canadian or Spanish.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Bi-lingual/multi-lingual in French Canadian or Spanish a plus.
