Report Developer

Summary:
Seeking a Report Developer to assist with the implementation of the Treasury Management System (TMS) project. The developer will be responsible for validating, documenting, and building reports to support the transition from legacy systems to the new TMS. This role will collaborate closely with the Information Systems Branch, Banking & Cash Management Branch, and the Core Project Team.

Responsibilities:

• Translate software specifications into code.
• Document technical work and develop technical reference materials.
• Program, test, and support the development and maintenance of systems.
• Provide post-implementation maintenance services through liaison with Business Analysts and clients.
• Program in C#, VB Script, and Powershell.
• Utilize working knowledge of DB queries and networking (firewall, reverse/forward proxy, IP traffic, etc.).
• Create functional and technical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Experience Report Developer with proficiency in:
  • Program, test, and support the development and maintenance of systems.
  • Translating software specifications into code.
  • Documenting technical work and developing technical reference materials.
  • Providing post-implementation maintenance services through liaison with Business Analysts and clients
