As a Reporting Analyst you will :-
Be responsible for reporting and analysis for the Indirect channel.
Provide business intelligence that helps our team evaluate complex issues and make informed decisions.
Partner with internal clients to understand what they need to know, and then design the research plan to get answers.
Generate insights that will help propel our business forward.
Must have a strong financial and business analysis skills.
Have High proficiency at SQL, Excel and Access.
Evaluate business trends and assess monthly and quarterly business performance in driving strategic business analysis and improvement.
Advise on risk and opportunity considerations for managing cost and growing the revenue and profitability.
Prepare monthly analysis of business trends and financial results and Key Performance Indicators to be used in management reviews and strategic business analysis sessions.
Create performance reports, including business insights, ad-hoc analysis and recommendations to executive management.
Work with operations, finance, marketing and sales departments to determine KPIs.
Produce routine operational and management reports for area of assignment.
Perform Sales and Revenue analysis including Sales to Revenue linkage, performance patterns and Churn.
Create financial analysis for new business cases which would include forecasting.
Perform data analytics on new program launches and present insights to finance, sales, marketing and sales operations.
Engage and communicate with stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Analysed big data, distilled insights, and made business recommendations.
High proficiency with Teradata SQL, Excel and Access.
At least 5+ years SQL experience, preferably with advanced hands-on PL/SQL knowledge
Ability to perform transformations on large data sets from multiple platforms to drive business answers
Ability to work autonomously with little guidance to drive business needs through data analysis
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Presented complex ideas and insights to a variety of audiences.
Experience with multiple RDBMs i.e. Oracle, Informix, Postgres, Teradata, SQLServer, etc
At least 5+ years of experience in telecommunications or telephony with a focus on B2B or business enterprise customer management
Knowledge of Telecom Data warehouse, sales and revenue reporting systems
Any Graduate
