·Requirement analysis

o Must be able to talk in terms of business and able to guide them from analytics perspective.

o Must be able to define meaningful KPIs.

·Designing and define KPIs

·Tagging:

o Preparation of Tagging Document

o Tagging Implementation (Rules and Data Elements)

o Tagging using the tag management tool "Adobe Launch" 

·Reporting

o Data pulled from Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and Splunk.

o Report Generation: Data Visualization using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

o Hands on experience in working with Tableau, integration between Adobe / Google analytics with Tableau

o Provide effective insights

o Monthly report (multiple) generation

o Data / issue Analysis

o Analytics funnel updates

o Managing adhoc requests

o Preview, Validate and Publish

o Data Validation and Fixes

·Search Engine optimization:

o Must have extensive experience in SEO

o Must have followed best practices

·Co-ordinate with the business and project development team (onsite and offshore) for code changes

·Able to manage and guide a team across multiple projects/enterprise releases

·Technical and Process Documentations wherever required.
