Resident Engineer

Role purpose and contribution

Onsite Residency Services (RP4VM)

An Operational Resident may perform the following over the duration of the engagement

• Primary scope of RE is support manage and monitor of replication of VMs at both sites with RP4VM application.

• RE will create CG as per SMFG requirement

• Dell will provide backup engineer in absence of Resident Engineer for more than 3 days.

• RE will carry failover / failback and other related work as per requirement of SMFG
