Role Description

• Develop customized resumes aligning with candidates' professional backgrounds and career aspirations.
• Analyze job descriptions to tailor resumes for specific positions and industries.
• Review and edit resumes for clarity, coherence, and grammatical accuracy.
• Ensure visually appealing and well-organized layouts for easy readability.
• Utilize Canva software and industry-appropriate templates to enhance overall resume presentation.
• Implement keyword strategies for improved discoverability in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Convert documents to PDF format, ensuring consistent formatting across various devices.
• Use industry-appropriate formats and templates to elevate resume aesthetics.
• Conduct vendor call services to gather relevant information for resume creation.
• \Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive client information

What we are looking for:

• Overall, 1 to 5 years of experience in Resume Writer.
• Flexible to work from office India hours (IST Time Zone 11AM - 8PM or 2:00 PM-11:00 PM).

Location: Hyderabad/Chennai
