Scope of supported technology:

· Windows based small form factor workstations (wired) and MS Surface Pro tablets (wireless)

· Networked thermal receipt printers & MFP’s

· Wired & wireless Pinpads

· Cash drawers

· PoS scanners

· Inventory scanners

· Signature pads & MSR’s

· Wireless Access Points

· Cisco Integrated Service Routers (read-only access)

Skills & Experience:

· Experience with Windows Admin/remote connectivity tools

· Experience troubleshooting LAN connectivity & cabling

· Experience with scripting tools to automate windows configurations

· Experience deploying software/applications/configs to endpoints

· Ability to work & collaborate with members of different teams, both internal & external
