Relevant experience in POS IBM/ TOSHIBA 4690 OS & NCR R10 (Retail POS Systems)

Good Knowledge in POS hardware devices and troubleshooting POS controllers/registers and other POS hardware.

Good Knowledge in Linux, Unix, Windows Servers & Network troubleshooting skills

Multiple team Coordination required to resolve all complex application and system issues in Store production environment.

Maintain good professional relationships with customers, counterparts of engineering and support departments.

Manage all production system and recommend ways to optimize performance and provide solution to problems and prepare reports for all problems.

Develop, sustain and evaluate delegated business processes and related applications.

Supervise all alerts related to application and system procedures and provide services proactively.

Perform root cause assessment and debug all issues on server domain, and to check the availability of applications.

Plan, Execute, Create Playbooks, implement applications and configuration change procedures to ensure optimal quality assurance for all store applications.

POS LAB Experience And Troubleshooting Skills With Store Hardware.

ITIL Certifications, Incident Management skills, Knowledge in JIRA, ServiceNow
