What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Retention Program Director who will own the organization's comprehensive global renewal risk program, the ‘Early Warning’ Program. The ideal candidate will have the ability to maintain a 360-degree view of the company's renewal risk across every region and drive successful retention outcomes. The Early Warning Program Director will ensure that the organization has a forum and defined process to deep-dive into our identified renewal risks, track progress on mitigation, and facilitate a collaborative environment across multiple teams and executives.
 

What will you do? 

  • Manage and drive resolution for accounts at risk of not renewing in collaboration with the Sales, Renewals, and Customer Success teams.
  • Determine priority for risk and intervention
  • Effectively communicate renewal risk status to executive staff and other stakeholders. 
  • Engage and lead teams in the development and execution of remediation plans to address critical renewal issues.
  • Strong ability to assess the needs for resolution and assign the appropriate parties to achieve goals.
  • Analyze and iterate over the existing program processes, identify areas of improvement and present solutions.
  • Report on the Early Warning Program successes, losses, and trends to executives and key stakeholders. 

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • 5+ years of functional ownership or senior leadership in renewal risk or escalation program management
  • 7-10 years of experience in a senior role within Sales, Renewals, and/or Customer Success
  • Experience in high-visibility, executive-facing roles
  • Deep experience with horizontal leadership and the ability to drive accountability and delivery across all teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with Remediation Plans or ‘Get-Well Planning’ as an effective tool for driving multiple internal stakeholders towards meaningful action for customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with executives and senior leadership on a daily basis
  • Ability to work and lead cross-functional collaboration and drive teams to a common goal
  • Highly organized with superior time management skills
  • Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner
  • High energy and strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage several projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment
  • Experience in Cybersecurity is a plus
  • Salesforce and Reporting Tool Experience

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate.  For some

locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range

$156,000—$200,000 USD
